I have found UPS to be more reliable than FedEx. There have been a couple of instances when FedEx said they delivered packages and I was home all day and no package was delivered.

Fed-Ex is a disaster here. UPS and USPS are both great. I paid a premium for two-day shipping of some live snails for my aquarium back in February and Fed-Ex took eight or nine days to deliver them. Suffice to say they weren't live snails by the time they got here. They even insisted they'd tried to deliver them one morning but no one was home. That was a lie. Their own tracking data showed that they'd have had to move the snails at a speed of over 100 MPH to have tried to deliver them when they said they'd tried to deliver them. Lying to a customer is never a smart move and Fed-Ex lies to customers nonstop. I hate them.

My sister sends me stuff (important stuff) via Fed Ex.  She said they are not really that much more expensive than USPS and likes them better.  I do get what she sends me in a timely manner and when it's supposed to be delivered.  I went to use Fed Ex once and the lady at the counter asked for my social security number.  I left.  Recently I had two important docements and decided to use UPS.  I don't trust USPS with important things like documents.  I sent something via USPS to a place of business a couple of states away.  When I looked up the tracking, they were trying to deliver it at 8 a.m. when they weren't even open yet.  Tried only once and then left notice to pick up.

I'll have to pick UPS. With Fed Ex I have had boxes damaged and boxes delivered to wrong addresses.

BTW, unless it’s a perishable item or I paid for expedited delivery, I don’t see that a week is an issue. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, it's not really that big a deal but what bothers me is they give anticipated delivery dates and keep pushing it back.  If they originally said delivery in a week, no problem, but don't go teasing with earlier delivery dates.

This is how bad Fed Ex....even USPS is better!!!! So many disaster stories and you have to jump through hoops to try to get your package delivered...And then Ive had Fed Ex deliver other people's packages to my address, and what a nightmare trying to get someone to come out and re-deliver it to the right place...SMH!

UPS is the best.....we have the same group of UPS drivers that deliver packages in our neighborhood they do an EXCELLENT job!

USPS, UPS, or FedEx are all good, especially if they ate delivering packages to ME! 😊
