i told them exactly what i thought about that mess. they - the company - sent me a new headboard. and i of course made sure it was NOT sent by fedex!

I once had an open, empty bag delivered from QVC. I called QVC and they sent me another. It was a piece of jewelry. I could not believe that the mailman delivered an open and empty bag.It appeared the bag had never been sealed.

I have also had stuff get lost in shipping from QVC - they always make it right.

I had a driver give me a damaged opened box at work. I made him STOP while I checked the contents. One of the 14k items was missing out of the ziplock in the box. The other items were still there. He called his boss and we started a investigation. After that I never let them leave if I got a damaged box. How could you prove it was them if they leave?

Just yesterday my mailman delivered a damaged package (not from the Q).

He brought it to the door and told me he was really embarrassed to delivery it in the condition it was in - broken open, half taped back up. It was in really bad shape.

I opened it up in front of him and the contents were fine. If they hadn't been, I would have refused delivery.

Long, long time ago. I ordered a silver bracelet (it was a gift) We had a blizzard. We did not get mail afterwards for about 2 days. I received something from QVC, but not that bracelet. I reported it to QVC a couple days after the estimated delivery date. Never came. They reimbursed me. Never did find out what happened to the bracelet.

I haven't had a package go missing..............hubs did have his luggage go missing once, but they later found it, on the tarmac and a plane had run over it LOL............................raven
