UPS delivery done on bicycle

I've never seen this before. The UPS "driver" was riding a bike and had a cart attached with packages in it.

Actually made me smile.....seems a bit "old" fashioned and sweet.

Has anyone else ever seen the same thing? I wonder if this is new for the holiday season?
