I had 6 packages from QVC, HSN and Zulily delivered by UPS last Saturday. They were all overdue. This was the first Saturday delivery I've ever had.

I had a package that said it was loaded on the truck and out for delivery 5 days in a row before I finally got it. I asked UPS what the deal was and they told me that if it got to late and the driver didn't feel like delivering it would be delivered whenever the he** they felt like it. Then I had some wine that naturally I had to sign for and my normal delivery time for UPS is around 6-7 pm. The tracking showed it would be delivered between 5-7. What happens? He shows up at 11 am when I was out. Had to cancel my plans for Saturday and wait for the guy again.

A couple, but it doesn't really bother me. We are Prime members, but I can't even imagine the massive numbers of orders they handle daily. That and trying to follow the safe rules?

For the first time ever, I ordered something from Amazon on 4/19/20 and it was shipped that day. My delivery date was 5/4/20-5/14/20. I then got an email saying it was delayed and my new delivery day date would be 5/15/20-5/20/20. When I track the package, there have been no updates since 5/4/20 where it's says it's in L.A. We shall see if it comes today. I don't have prime because I figured I wouldn't order enough to cover the cost of having free 1 day shipping. Still, I think taking a month is a bit much.

Amazon lists the anticipated delivery date on each product page. What was the date listed on the products you ordered? I have ordered several things and thought they arrived pretty fast given the impact of covid.
I'm not surprised things coming from the east and west coasts are taking longer. They've been hit very hard and a lot of places are not open yet.
This is the new normal for a while. It is what it is.

My two late orders have made progress!
After being in Laurel MD for almost a week, they are now in Virginia.
Again, I'm not upset at all, it's just stuff. Some of my orders are coming surprisingly quickly, some somewhat longer, and then these two. But they'll get here eventually.

I have experienced delays (QVC, Amazon) and even a lost in transit item (Amazon third party vendor). The price of the lost item was refunded with no problem.
I have to say that I ordered two items from JTV and returned one of them. Both items were sent within a week and the refund was processed fully in a weeks time, too. I was very pleased and surprised. JTV is always prompt with purchases and returns but I thought the current situation would slow things down. Nope.

and now they're showing back in Laurel, MD.
I cancelled one order. I had placed another order for the one item in that order a few days ago and it was delivered this morning. So I don't need the original one. So, now that I've done that, the original will show up tomorrow.
I am willing to hang in there with the 2nd order to see if it shows up. I can't order a replacement as the item is sold out.
