UPS Store

I just came from The UPS Store.  At this location you are now able to personally scan in your return (except for Amazon returns) and print your receipt or text It or email to yourself.  I don't know if this is a test or if it will be permanent!

I guess I had never returned anything to Amazon so I wasn't aware of the process.  There were 2 items and I would have been charged around $14.00 for putting them in the pickup box at my office (we have regular pickups from FedEx, UPS, etc.).  I found a location within walking distance so I went and stood in line.  When I got waited on, the lady informed me I shouldn't have stood in line because there was a separate (do it yourself) station for Amazon returns.  I needed assistance since they were out of bags so the lady walked me through the process.  Within 4 hours the return was issued.  I was impressed.
