Having had my own bad experinece with an Amazon delivery I can understand your frustration with UPS....Sometimes you just wonder if any retailer or company cares about the customers and giving good service any more.....from pharmacies to insurance companies, to doctor offices, to restaurants etc. etc.....SMH!!!!  ..Of course with Covid things seem to have escalated.....

 

Although I have ALWAYS received excellent service from my Bank, and from the lady that works at the Deli at my fav grocery store..

Animals are reliable, full of love, true in their affections, grateful. Difficult standards for people to live up to.”
