I do not know if this is binding, or if they can up the charges with this evidence.
It's standard for first time offenders...
especially if they are rich and famous!
OJ got off "easy" for a lot of his abuse too.
He sure did get off easy.
Especially that part where he was found "not guilty" for killing her and Ronald Goldman.

And she should be in divorce court. With the real possibility he will not have huge future paychecks, maybe she'll realize, "I promise I'll never hit you again" is BS.
she shouldn't have married him in the first place. the second he raised a hand she should have walked away. she didn't. now it's on her.We will have to disagree. She stayed it is on her now.
"it?" she married him. it is now on her. she was only engaged to him. after the incident she did not have to say "i do." "it" is on her now.
football money, endorsement money, front row concert tickets were worth a smack every now and then. how long will that last now with the ruling. haha
she made a choice to say "i do." she knew what she was getting. she made a pad choice. her choice.

just saw on another website he will probably be keeping TWENTY-FIVE of the 35 total million dollar contract.
Stories like this, Michael Vick, the quarterback from TN a couple of years ago shot dead by his girlfriend (he had a wife and kids too) . . . the other player from Pittsburgh I think with murder . . . just AWFUL. Repeat many, many times between NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB.
Too much money, too much fame . . . and too much trouble. And then look what they did to somebody like Tebow. Go figure.

I don't watch football (in fact you could say I hate it..lol). But it is my opinion that he should have been fired from the team BEFORE the tape was released. Why do they cater to these NFL players and famous people? Its ridiculous!
