@SharkE  Most of them work in NY and have to be able to commute to work.

I would imagine real estate an option for investment.  Many who were in stock market, or simply  depended on interest from large savings or CD's are getting next to nothing now.  Real estate although it can drop, isnt as shaky as stock market, and is better investment depending on interest at bank
