Canned in water, canned in olive oil, "no-drain packages", tuna steaks, sushi-grade raw, grilled filets, and the list goes on....
It's cold here tonight (for me), and I'd love a tuna melt (my version is whole-grain bread, sliced tomatoes, a slice of low-fat cheese, and the plain old canned tuna, thrown under the broiler). Too tired to get fancy
.
If I were going out to dinner, I'd enjoy a grilled filet of tuna with some good veggies.
I have a family member that gags over the thought of warm tuna fish.
