Tuesday or Saturday?

If we moved all elections to Saturdays would this allow more people to get out and vote or would it make no difference in voter turn out?

(and I don't care what election, president of the USA or president of the PTA)

Just wondering if moving it to the weekend like S.C. would have a positive effect on voter turn out?
