Try it for 30 days and if you don't like it

send it back. I have often wondered how this really works!

I rarely send anything back and if I do it's usually right away but I've never known for sure how this works.

The thirty days: Does this mean from the date you've ordered it, the date you get it home or do they include the time it took to get it back to them from the postmark you mailed it back?

Does anyone know for sure?

When they say try it out I don't think that really means a whole 30 days...

It's thirty days starting from the day you receive your order. For example, if you receive your package on March 4, you have until April 4 to return it.

It's 30 days from the date it's delivered.

so to be clear, as long as its dated on that 30th day when I mail it, I'm good!

When you’re that close, I would also contact CS to let them know what you’re returning. They can put a note on your account so there’s no question.

That is QVC's interpretation for its company. If it is another company's offer, look at its policy on writing before ordering.
And remember there are short months and longer months (and leap years!) In counting out 30 days.

Re: Try it for 30 days and if you don't like it

I always thought it was 30 days from the date that it was shipped.   If I was unhappy with a product I always immediately shipped it back because I assumed that I only had about 20 days to get it back to them.

Even with having 30 days I still wouldn't take the chance on keeping it too long before returning.    I wonder if anyone has returned something and QVC refused to credit them because it was a few days past the return period?
