December 14th our son was hit from behind and his truck was totaled. Thank God nothing happened to him. He was very sad as he loved his truck. He had purchased expensive mats and other accessories recently and was really down they were now just sitting there.

well, we've been waiting for insurance to finish everything and Friday we found a very similar truck. Same year, model and color. Some differences but we put a down payment and should pick it up sometime this week. It's so great seeing our son so happy.

@qvcfreak Beautiful truck! HeartLove the color and I have ALWAYS loved a RAM lol! It's so disheartening when something happens to the people and things we love, but luckily no one was hurt and insurance rectified the situation. Please wish your son loads of fun and good luck in his new BEAUTY of a truck - perfect for all those accessories he ordered!Heart

We drive an 8-year-old RAM pickup.  Dependable and still going strong.  May your son drive it in safe health.

His truck being totalled and him not being injured is a testament to the sturdiness of the truck. I am happy your son is fine and that he has a new truck.

@qvcfreak   Know the feeling...our son was involved in a hit and run on a CA freeway

@ 3am about 3 years ago. Driver was drunk.   We couldn't get to him as we are across the country.  It was a high speed crash and his suv was beyond recognition.  He had to crawl out the passanger side window.  He survived with minor bumps and bruises which I still don't know how he did.  He was driving a 2003 Honda Pilot.  Airbags deployed throughout the car.

This is scary stuff and I'm glad your son was OK.
