It was about 11:30pm last night, and I was sitting on my couch, surfing the web, when I several popping sounds and a car horn blaring, and then there was a big boom!
Again, a car horn was blaring, like someone was really leaning on the horn.
I went outside to see what was going on, and I was shocked to see a truck fully engulfed in flames!
As I stood outside, one fire truck arrived to put out the fire.
You could smell burning rubber in the air, and the night time sky was filled with clouds of billowing white smoke.
When the fire fighters first put water on the fire, sparks eminated from the truck.
The truck horn continued to blare, and there were more popping sounds coming from the truck.
One firefighter took what looked to be either an ax or a crow bar to open the passenger side door.
Then a police car pulled up, and that's when I decided to go back inside, but by that time, the fire was about 95% out.
The truck is a total and complete loss.
I don't know what started the fire, whether it was accidental or if someone started it on purpose.
When I first saw the the fire, I exclaimed, "Holy s***!"
That was my excitement for the night!

Yikes, that would be scary. I would be afraid it would explode. Hopefully it wasn't near anything (other cars, etc).
