I've had good luck with Fed ex. I ordered electronic stuff from Verizon over the holiday, they sent me an email that had a track package button on it, but the hyperlink would'nt work. So I went on to the only delivery service I hadn't signed up for delivery status (fed ex) and registered. They called me the morning it was to be delivered (which was actually one day earlier than I had planned), then attempted delivery. I didn't hear them at my garage door, so I missed them. I called the number, they said they would attempt a redelivery that day, I asked them to come to the front door, 3 hours or less later, it was here. The dispatcher also called back to make sure I had received my package, then a follow up automated phone call talso came later in the day to tell me the package was delivered. I was very satisfied.

Sorry I hope it gets straightened out for you. Never had trouble with Fed Ex or UPS. Have had some trouble with our mailman. But not much.
