I never found Ellen to be caustic at all!! I have heard rumors about their marriage, but who knows? It seems that celebrities certainly have a hard time staying together. Too much of everything, too much temptation. I watched Lionel Richie interview on Oprah last week, and he said that "now that you have it all, can you survive it?". Really hit home with me. Good luck.

Portia is smart enough to know this which is why I don't believe this particular bit of gossip. The dramatics make it seem confabulated.
