Trouble Tracking Returns Using Q Return Lable

Has anyone else had any problems with this? I returned something using the return lable from the Q in about 4or 5days I clicked on the return tracking number and for a while I was able to "see" where it was at then yesterday I did the same and it showed that it had been sent to me which is nonsense. I am rather ticked.
