Periods have not stopped, though are not like clockwork that I could depend on up until two years ago. Have extremely mild, occasional night sweats. No significant life stressors at the moment. Moodiness not a significant problem. Go to sleep regularly at 10pm. Lots of times wake at 1:30am, 2:30am and cannot get back to sleep. Is this normal for perimenopause? Have my annual physical early December. Want so badly to get a decent night's sleep, like I used to.
Any advice, encouragement, similar story, etc?
