His eyes, his voice, his scruffiness, his whole manner and demeanor.
I like his voice, his appearance is ok, not great but not offensive to me. Gotta admit Trivago got what they wanted which was publicity because he's gone viral since early in the first ad's showings. If you google Trivago guy he's everywhere! Lol.
