Trifexis

I just wanted to post that I had used Heartgard for years and my vet suggested that I change to Trifexis as it contains the medication for both heart worm and fleas. My dog did ok for a few months, then one month she threw up. The next month, on the day I gave it to her she was extremely lethargic. I have decided to go back to the Heartgard. I used if for years with no problems. Has anyone else had problems with Trifexis?
