@SouthernBee       Both  orders showed up under my account and  received confirmation emails from both HSN & PayPal.......all about 7 - 8 hours after I placed the orders.  Fortunately I was able to cancel one.   Give it more time.... then try again.

@Boehm Collector : Ok, Thanks. DH said he had HSN account and looked at cookies. He had the same problem signing in. But he requested call back and gave me the phone. I placed order over the phone. I asked CS rep about safety and storm damage. She stated they are in different locations and states. She suggested trying another day to sign in and change password. Phone had a lot of static.

Being that 3 million don't have electricity I believe that's the problem.
