I was just thinking about adding the Butter spray to my grocery list. I bet it is good. Is the cheddar cheese bad for you??

I'm sure it has some sodium but since it's a powder, there's no fat.

hihi --

i hear ya about the melted butter and salt, definitely what i grew up loving. now i can be quite satisfied with a microwave air popper and some nutritional yeast on the popcorn. on truly decadent nights, a little good olive oil or melted earth balance. and, okay ... then there's *those* nights when i have to toss in some vegan chocolate chips! the melty chocolate with the salt and fat and crunchy, hot popcorn. yes, it's that good!
