Trick or Treating and bad weather - check with your city

If you are in an area having bad weather conditions, you may want to check your city's website concerning trick or treating. A city in my area has already postponed trick or treating until Saturday afternoon due to weather concerns. There are rumors floating around that other cities are following suit.

This happened last year in my area because of Super Storm Sandy.
