Trash PickUp

I live in a 55 and over community where the trash companies are somehow chosen (bidding) to pick up our trash. It's one company for the whole community and residents have no say about the chosen company.

Well, we have had a new company for about a month now and these people want everyone to "bag" and label their recyclables to keep them separated from the regular garbage. Can you imagine how many bags that would take.

I've never heard of this requirement by any other trash company. Ridiculous! My recycle container should be sufficient.
