Trampolines for kids

Does anyone here own a trampoline for their children?

I am seriously debating whether to buy one, but I am a bit nervous.

I plan on having stringent safety rules...and when in use, I will be sitting there watching them play on it the whole time.

It would be one of those with the net enclosure.

Any input? Negative or positive?
