It looks like people are believing the April Fool's joke and not completely reading the other thread or .like me, do not click on links.

As a LONG-TIME TJ's shopper, I didn't take the "bait"....it was unfathomable to me that they had "financial problems" for a long time, as the stores in the Phx area where I live are always mobbed and well stocked and their customer base is huge and well established!

I don't understand how Yahoo could have sunk to the level of starting this idiotic "holiday" a day early, except I guess there is NO LEVEL of decency that actually exists in this Country today!

So glad TJ's is here to stay!!

Thanks for starting this thread! As busy as my TJs always is, I couldn't imagine it closing. But seeing that other post was distressing to think it might be true. I don't understand the kind of "gotcha" humor meant to temporarily upset people, To me it is mean spirited.
