I monitored hospital security cameras for over 10 years.  What I saw from people who thought no one was looking, is proof positive that common sense and common decency simply does not exist with many of the residents and/or visitors in my community.

We always let our dog *go* in our back yard BEFORE we took her on walks/runs with us.

 

Nothing enjoyable about walking with your dog or chatting with others and holding a bag of poop.Woman Frustrated
