Re: TopCashBack Claim on Ice?

A question in reference to the statements about delaying until the return window closes--now that the return window is January 31, 2023 does that mean no rebates until then?

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.

Re: TopCashBack Claim on Ice?

@Icegoddess

I have no idea why this is really happening, but I had one HSN purchase just not process.  I reported it.

I got the same story as you, on ice, please be patient, yadda yadda yadda.   Last week I got a notice that the purchase would now be going through the regular process, and there was nothing for me to do.

Go figure.

I have not had any others get tangled up in the system ... just one from HSN.

I'm not a fan of TopCashback I much prefer Rakutan and have received many rebate checks timely. I signed up for Topcashback over a yr ago and since I never got a rebate check I stopped using them

@Goodie2shoes You don't automatically get a check.  You have to go in and claim your money and, if I remember correctly and then you have to choose between the forms of payment they have available.  They don't actually send checks.  Everything is electronic foms of payment.  I've only done that once. I currently have about $76 that I could claim, but I don't want to claim it until I'm ready to spend it.
