Anyone else having trouble with TCB paying out due cashback?

I've had to chase down many lately...it either sits there and nothing. Or stays in Pending.

Some after the fact they say were declined and so much time has gone by it's tough sometimes to track back.

But that said...I'm organized in keeping confirmations of "tracking" when I purchase etc. I know which items were cancelled by me and shouldn't be credited too.

It's been beyond annoying to have to constantly keep track, chase them down, email back and forth, submit their form for "tracing a payout", and also being wrongfully denied at times.

I keep saying I'm not going to bother anymore, but then I get sucked in "just in case" it works. It worked well in the beginning, now it's awful!

Anyone else?

I'm about to review my account again and have to fill out one of their forms again...such a pain. I'm overdue for purchases paid in full from Dec!

Yes!  I have the same issues but unfortunately I'm not as organized as you are.  I'm sure I've missed out on a lot of cash back, but haven't tried to track any of it down.

For example, Grubhub is on there and I've used it several times even reading the fine print and have not gotten anything even pending.

One thing I did notice in the rules is that you can't have anything in your cart before clicking through their link which did happen to me a few times.  But even after making sure that isn't the case, I'm still missing cash back.  That's why I've been sticking with Rakuten--less cash back but I always get it.

That's why I use only Rakuten.  I never have to get involved. They just send the check when they say they're going to.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

@Tori3569 @gidgetgh I do use Rakuten also...but not as often, and as you said @Tori3569, it is always a smaller discount. They also only payout after a certain amount, which is fine. I originally set them up to pay by check too, probably should change that.

I think after tracking my outstanding purchases I'm done with TCB. Not worth my time and effort for a few bucks here and there. It'd be worth it, if it worked like it should, but not this way.

I have no issues like that with TCB, I really like using them for their high rates. I just got a payout for Amazon gift card for $130.  And when they offer a extra bonus like an addl. $3 on a small purchase they cant be beat.

Yes, I do have problems with TCB. Most of my purchases get posted but there are a small number of them which get denied somewhere down the line. Then there are some other purchases which never get posted.

I end up tracking down the denied or missing purchases and submit requests to have them attempt to post. Most of them go through but a small number of them don't and they often come back with an explanation for the reasons why...some make no sense. One time I asked their customer service why some of my purchases were missing and they said sometimes virus software prevents the transactions from going through...whatever.

Sounds like a PIA @amyb having to track down your purchases.  Agree that your time is worth more.  Perhaps stick with Rakuten since you're having so many issues.  Smiley Sad

I have a lot of trouble with Top Cash back getting denied my rebates.... I am careful to never click off the site... only used approved coupons... and still I have over $150 worth of denied rebates. Many are from the website Chewey.com.  I do big orders like $800 or so.. and they get denied... I think it is because chewy does not want to pay me. They always make some stupid excuse like I clicked off the site... AND I NEVER CLICK OFF THE SITE.

@SeaMaiden Same here...I know not to click off the site. I make sure it says "We've Recorded your Visit!" I also get two emails, one from Q and one from TCB recording the visit. So yeah, something fishy for sure, and not gonna play with them anymore.

@San Antonio Gal Ok, I feel ignorant but what's PIA? I Googled and got "Private Internet Access?"

I submitted a support ticket, but I did just realize after clicking on the outstanding items...apparently it takes up to 14-15 wks for a payout, which I didn't realize...and these are all within that time.

**However, I just had one come through that was an order placed a whole month after the ones still pending, ie. way before the 14-15 wks. Maybe it's anytime within that maximum time.

I still think some were denied and I never knew why, but whatever...like I said, probably from now on not worth all this follow-up...got enough bigger things to follow up on in life!

Tks for the input ladies.
