nobody.
Slim cut jeans (which is what I call skinny jeans) or straight leg pants - yes - but skintight is not a good look in either tunics or pants
If by skin tight you mean form-fitting leggings, then we'll just have to disagree on that point. I am wise enough to know what works for me and they do. I have the body they were meant to flatter and I am also wise enough to buy non-shiny, opaque well made leggings.
If you mean skin tight regular jeans or pants, I will agree with you. Those just look uncomfortable.

I'm betting most here are not interested in these despite the fact they are marked down to $71 from $360.

I think the skin tight look is for the performers and the very young with the bodies to wear it.
Another by the way - A certain poster who used to post and insult so many is gone from the internet and I heard she doesn't even get near a p.c. due to the fact that so many on other sites found her obnoxious and nasty. Thanks Noel as you helped to put her in her place at certain times and now she's gone off to be in her own stewing juices - where she belongs, the hag.

I don't like leggings that look like one is ready to perform Swan Lake. I bought a couple pair of Legacy cotton/span leggings to try one day on a lunchtime special and they're super soft and comfy but won't wear them outside.

I actually bought leggings this year, too.
They are comfy until I take them off. Then I have to pull the devil out of them to get them over my feet.
I don't really have a rear, either, LOL. But, honest to God, they come almost down to my knees in most cases. I could wear many of them as a dress!I don't like the feel of leggings, it's like having an outer skin. I bought two of the fancy pajamas (CH) and they were fitted. Thank goodness they stretched some, because I could not get used to that feel.

I was really into tunics in early 2000's when the Tory Burch tunics were all the rage. I really like those. Now, not so much. I feel like have done it. I do have a few so I can't say I never wear them, just not as much. I want something more fitted now.
I am 5'10" and weigh about 125-126 right now (trying to gain some though) and I feel that look is a really good look for someone of my proportions.
I am not so much into leggings anymore unless I am going to pilates, on the eliptical or going for a run. I do like skinny jeans with a nice heel or an ankle bootie.
