Cancer is such an ugly battle to have to fight.

Except for the long standing here and my brother's diagnosis, I didn't know much about it.

I've never read the thread here but my aunt was recently diagnosed with MM. That is when I took the time and did some research on it.

I'm sorry for your loss and everyone's loss. While I didn't lose my mom to MM, I did lose her to cancer and it was heartwrenching.

He was diagnosed 6 months ago, just did not want it made public, prognosis is good.

My condolences also go out to all who have lost someone here on this thread. As far as Tom Brokow is concerned, he was dxd last August and has been in treatment since. Apparently he is able to deal with that well. As he said himself, last night on Anderson, he is a lucky man, got a very supportive wive, daughters, and many great friends who are all there for him. He him self thinks he will be living yet a long time and I certainly hope that is the truth. Always adored him, for all the right reasons. He is a kind and great professional, a great Husband and Dad from what we can tell, and I love his work.

May he continue to do well and have the support as he has it right now. Great segment yesterday by the way, with Anderson.
