The two adults were not the parents of the child. The woman , who was supposed to be babysitting, is the girlfriend of the little boy's father. The mother of the little boy said she does not know who the man is; she is still trying to find out. The mother didn't know this happened to her son until she was watching the news and they showed the video. She said she will be pressing charges.
