It's a good deal if you like all the flavors. I make my own, Lower sugar, more protein. My local food store will put them on sale $1.00 each.

The Q prices on food are rarely better than what you can buy elsewhere.

It's OK sometimes for a special "treat", or if you can't find it anywhere else.

Thanks, Cranberries! You saved me a lot of time! I'll make a list of your suggestions.

I generally don't use these as a meal replacement. I use them occassionally as a snack type bar.

A few weeks ago I was sitting in the hospital all day while someone had surgery and I tossed this bar in my purse and it really came in handy.

Totally agree. Unfortunately people buy them thinking they are eating 'healthy' when they're just a candy bar.

A banana? Those are probably one of the fruits highest in sugar. One banana has about 15g.

Kind bars are 8 for $10 at my grocery store today. They had the almond coconut flavor. Lol. They're good to keep on hand for an emergency.

I just have to say that everyone is so kind (no pun intended) here. Lots of good suggestions and info. Saves us all a lot of time, looking at 'this and that' snack bars' packaging, etc. Smile

I don't use them as a meal replacement either.
