Today's TSV ~~ Bought it Some Time Ago & Really Like the Set!

I know many posters said they only want cotton. Decided to give them a try, and really enjoy them with the dual tones. Now I wonder whether to buy some for a wedding gift, I got the pewter and I'd say lavender, and it is really pretty and feels good on the skin.

Is this a tacky gift???

What do you think. The bride has a register at another store (of course) but I don't like to give pots or other kitchen items. And thought she will always have use for these. They are really pretty. Also hate to give money.
