Happy birthday! Forty-five is young! You'll realize that when you're my age. In 

March my oldest daughter will be 50. She's traumatized by the thought but is going to have a big celebration. I'll be 70 soon enough. That seems quite old to me but my 93 year old mother thinks that's young. I once read that old is anyone 15 years older than you. Don't sweat it. Take care of yourself and roll with the punches. There's not much more that we can do.

Happy Birthday Plaid Pants!  Remember that aging has positives as well as negatives.  I am 9 years ahead of you, and I will say, for me, there was 1 thing that made my 40's kind of a nightmare, but now that I have moved into the next decade, no longer a problem.  Smiley LOL  Enjoy every stage of your life - it goes fast!
