it is made out of love for the animal.

i am so very sorry for your loss.  it's so hard to be a responsible pet owner and find the strength that you did today.  having been in your shoes, i feel your pain and again, i am so sorry.

    @Anonymous032819     I’m glad you warned about tissues! I don’t see how you can even write such a fond farewell and see through the tears.

  Your Charlie was a beautiful boy and held on for you.

He knew you were helping him and you did. 

   Knowing that doesn’t stop the tears. I’ve used 5 tissues!

I know I've posted this before to others, but don't know if you've seen it.  And I believe it.

I DO cry for you.  You can't believe how much.

But Charlie?  Heck, he's been loved and pampered since he chose you until now.  But the Rainbow Bridge is populated by ALL the pets from QVC pet lovers (and more).  They are all greeting him eagerly and making him comfortable and loved.

Our Rocko cat  will be the 1st (like in life): "Hi!  I'm Rocko and I like everybody, who are you?"

Millie cat, our retired breeder, was a mama to the end.  She would always cuddle (and clean ears) but if anyone would get too rough, she'd "bink" them on the head...and then cuddle.

Sorry so long, but hope you got some comfort and maybe a smile to sustain you until you are filled with happy memories.

NEVER easy to say good bye to our beloved pets, no matter their age or how long we've had them or why they pass...it's never ever easy, bearable,manageable or okay....it's rotten. 

It literally hurts our hearts, our whole body aches with the passing of our most cherished animal friends.

I know you gave this gorgeous creature the best life possible.

Please let the love you shared and the smiles and laughter outweigh the sorrow in your heart.

Please accept my very sincere condolence.

Oh this is such a completely moving tribute to your BEAUTIFUL kitty, my dear. You were a loving mama, even at the very end.
I'm a lifelong rescue cat owner and I have had to make that final, awful, heart-wrenching decision too many times. It is horrible. It breaks your heart. It leaves you depleted and lost and missing your snuggle kitty forever.
But, it is the singularly most humane thing a pet owner can do for their beloved companion.
You gave him the gift of freedom from suffering. That's courageous and brave and ultimately a way to honor his life.
I send you love. Lots of it. 💜 Charlie was such a lucky cat to have you as his mama.

I have been through this more than once, and it is hell on earth.  But you gave him the ultimate gift of LOVE.

He is fine now, across the Rainbow Bridge with all our beloved, lost but never fogotten, pets.

I’m so sorry. We lost our 2-year-old kitty to cancer a couple of years ago. Total shock. You gave your kitty a great life, but I know how hard this is for you. Many hugs to you. I often think of what The Queen said after the losses on 9/11: “Grief is the price we pay for love.”
