A roof over my head, food to eat, and the friends and family members who support me.

beautiful dishes my mom gave me that she purchased for her mother. Mom passed away before Thanksgiving last year and today was the first time I had used these dishes since her passing. We would always use them when mom ate with us. I do not know how old the dishes are but my grandmother passed in 1971. Thank you for the gifts

I went in and journaled a whole page to put in my calendar.  I was overwhelmed with gratefulness and thoughts.  I had to captiure the moments of thoughts.  From one year to the next, even though time flies, so fast now at this age.  I wanted to write from the heart.  It would make no sense here, only to me. But there was gratitude, sadness, and some fears thrown in, a whole ball of wax.  But mostly, I had a lot of thankfulness in my life today.

I hope that the rest of you did too.
