Yes, I have owned one since I moved into my first apt.
Over the years I have made almost anything in a toaster oven, besides using it for toasting!
I have made: pies, cakes, cookies, lasagna, casseroles, baked chicken, roasted a turkey breast, pizza, roasted vegetables, baked potatoes, meatloaf, fish (mostly salmon and halibut), and many other things that I can't remember now. Basically, I used it as I would the big oven.
I have a convection toaster oven which helps things cook faster. I use mine just about every day.

I don't have a toaster oven but I do have the Breville Countertop Smart Oven and I LOVE it. I haven't used my big oven since I got it before Thanksgiving. It's perfect.

That's what we have. Saves time, electricity, doesn't heat up the kitchen. As written in other posts has a big variety of uses. ![]()

I think I didn't get the toaster oven gene either! LOL!!! I was just thinking we use our oven a lot, and I can't imagine what I'd do with a toaster oven that I woudn't just use the big oven for. We use either it or the microwave, and mostly the oven, almost daily.

I have decided to only use a toaster oven and purchased the Brevile Pro. This works great and I even can slowcook up to 10 hours and has a light on the inside.
Had the stovetop taken out, the countertop extended to cover the empty space where the oven was, had 3 large and deep drawers build in place of the oven.
I still can cook on my induction plates and have a pressure cooker.
All works well and I don't have to use the glasstop stove anymore. Can highly recommend this arrangement.

Yes, I have one and use it almost daily. I got one that has a convection feature and use it far more than I ever anticipated. I got rid of the toaster, as I don't need both. Mine is a larger Oster and it's my second. The first is still working fine, but was smaller. I gave it to my mom when I got the new one.
