I made Korean Ribs for DH and DS last night. I bet those pancakes would go well with them! We don't have a Trader Joe's near us, but I'm going to check those out online. Thanks Noel!

That would be perfect!
The scallion pancakes are from S. Korea.

There's a very popular dish, Korean Beef Bowl, that I've made before and will be making for tonight's dinner. Traditionally, it's made with ground beef, but I usually make it with ground turkey, a healthier version. It's very tasty, easy to make and fast!
Here's the recipe:

I'm almost positive I saw Korean ribs in the frozen section of Costco. In a bag, just heat and serve. Just in case anyone is interested

Wegmans sometimes has Korean beef in the prepared oriental buffet section. That's the easiest yet!

MMMMM. They sound like German potato pancakes, which also have scallions. As I remember, they were served with apple syrup. Delicious.

Easy for you to say I'd have to fly across the country. You know I would give my eye teeth for a Wegmans around here!
