To Those Who Live In a Colonial Style Home

how do you keep your upstairs cool enough to sleep well?? we have a one & story now with MB on 1st floor so it's not a issue but I notice the rooms upstairs just don't cool off well at all in the hot summers. Maybe our house wasn't designed well....one room has 2 floor vents...the other 2 only have one and they are much too warm.

Ideas??
