We give the valet $10 for taking our car when arriving at the hotel and $10 when we are leaving. The Bell man gets $10 for bringing up our luggage to our room. House keeping gets paid any where from $10-$20 depending on how many rooms we have. Do not wait until the end of your stay to pay them. You may not have the same house keeper on the day you leave as when you started your stay.

I would consider a bellman to be similar to a baggage handler at the airport.  I tip them $2.00-$3.00 per bag.
