I've had others clean my houses off and on for forty years. I've always used a private or solo cleaner. I recently jumped on a Groupon for a service to come in for two hours. On the voucher it mentions 'remembering to tip on the normal cost not the groupon cost."

First of all, I have no idea what they 'normally' charge.

Second of all, I've never heard or even thought about tipping a cleaning service. I'm not cheap by any means, and if it is the norn to tip cleaners who work for a service instead of themselves, I will.

Is that the norm? And how does one figure out how much to give them. There will be two cleaners coming in.

Thanks.
