TicketMaster question

I need to get tickets for my DD's 15th birthday for a Carrie Underwood concert. Tickets go on sale this Friday, 5/11. What time do tickets go on sale? Would it be midnight eastern time? 7:00 AM? 9:00 AM? Thanks in advance for any information.
