Today is the day for cross to begin.

I have a few thoughts about the inconsistencies from Jodi's testimony yesterday:

She states that Travis was in the shower, and she was crouched a few feet away (in order to clear the water from getting on the camera). She says she would take a few pics, and then "they" would look at them and delete if needed. Then suddenly she drops the camera and he gets angry. He lunges (supposedly he was sitting nakkked in the shower up to now) and body slams her.

Ok-- how did she show the pics to Travis without getting near to the shower and getting the camera within splash range-- she stated she was purposely avoiding the water area.

also, if he body slammed her--seemingly enough to really really scare her....then where were the bruises etc. She was with Ryan within a short period after this "attack" and he did not see any signs of her being in the battle. You would show bruises or be sore-- or something.

There was NO blood outside of the bedroom suite-- yet she says she "came to" in the dessert driving--with blood on her hands. How did she open doors to get out of the house, put the dog gate up, put the camera etc in the washer-- without leaving any blood evidence.

Of course, then there is her apparent ability to fly up to the top shelf of Travis' closet without disturbing anything to retrieve a loaded gun (when she claimed in police interviews that Travis did not own a gun). Also, where was whatever the gun was stored in and spare ammo? Nothing was there post crime.
