Re: Three-year old girl asked to leave KFC Restaurant....

The topic is pretty much worn out anyway after three pages of comments you've discussed it up one side and down the other. Whatever.

Get real! LB derailed it with her slam against Christians.

On what planet is the phrase Christian compassion a slam?

The ""newbie"" is a trouble maker!

With all due respect, Lila is the one that took this thread off track with her thinly veiled little dig at Christians.

It definitely WAS a dig and we know it. Stop pretending that it wasn't.

I'm a Christian and I took no offense at her statement, it wasn't a dig. Dignified people have always been labeled Christian, the phrase is part of American history. Christians were regarded as having good moral values and integrity.

I saw a photo of that precious little girl and while she is disfigured it wasn't anything gruesome or grotesque.

I'm surprised that the customers in that MS KFC didn't display some good southern manners and a little Christian compassion.

So compassion is only expressed by Christians. Good to know.

For goodness sakes it's a PHRASE heard all over the world! Stop looking for trouble where there isn't any!

Jane, isn't it interesting that a group comes in so late in a thread and completely ruins it? I never cease to wonder what they get out of doing this...{#emotions_dlg.confused1}

late in a thread???? Are you suggesting that only people who post early on are welcome to post in a thread? That's nuts. People check into threads throughout the day. Not everyone has the same schedule you know. Jeesh....

How in the world did you get that message out of her statement? Your friends deliberately railroaded the thread point blank period!

Read and comprehend, Jane. And I haven't read back in this thread....but please don't chastise me for what my "friends" (according to you, I suppose) do or don't do. I try to judge posters on how they themselves act.......not based on with whom they are friendly.

I read and comprehend very well emma! Get a grip!
