Re: Thoughts on HSN's TS Origami bookshelf?

I got mine late yesterday. My biggest problem was getting the package up the flight of stairs to the room I wanted to use it in. (Pardon the grammar!). It took more time to get rid of all the packaging materials than it did to "assemble" it, and I put the levelers on my unit. Can't fill it up yet, since I'm waiting for the shelf liners to come. It's the perfect size for where I want it. And they are so well built.

Oh yeah, I forgot about moving them while still packaged! After I got my first and struggled to drag it in off the porch, and then had so much easier time moving it after I pulled it out, I got smart. The additional shelves I purchased later were pulled out of the packaging on the front porch!

My biggest problem with the packaging is that my cats love the box! I have 3 cats - they've each claimed their own section of the box! It's so funny to see- but how am I now going to toss the box when my kitties love it?? !! {#emotions_dlg.lol}

I cracked up when I read your post. A few years ago, when QVC had the very first Duraflame heater TSV, I bought it. After unpacking it, I brought the box to the front door to remind myself to take it out on trash day. Well, my kitties took over the box and made a playhouse out of it. They made a hole in it, but left the top flat so that they could lay on it when they felt like it. When they get playful, they go in the hole and play inside.

That darn box is practically falling apart, but I can't throw it away because they love it so much. With most boxes, they get tired of them after awhile, but they never got tired of this one. I've even used duct tape to make repairs for them, LOL.

I love kitties, that's so sweet of you to duct tape the box for them. My cats also love boxes!

I have the butcher block cart. And I ordered one the three tier shelves for my Mom. We're both pleased.
