Those that have the Kindles with the ads on the......?

Have you ever bought anything or taken them up on their offers? I have had mine for 8 months or so and I just got an offer for the first time a couple days ago. It was strange how it worked. They offered a fast charger for 1/2 price so I clicked on the ad and it took me to Amazon and it showed the regular price so I just thought to myself "forget it". Yesterday when I checked my email, the link to the offer was in my email. I used the link and got the fast charger for $10 (1/2 price). Cool!

I have 2 Kindles and I didn't order a 2nd charger when I got the 2nd Kindle thinking I'd use the same charger. Well, I leave one Kindle at work and one is home so I wanted a charger for each place. There was no way I was going to pay full price when I could have gotten it for half to begin with.

Do all the offers work that way?
