Those of you that got a discount on Walmart plus membership. I have a question. 

How did you get the discount for senior members? I keep checking and there's no discount for seniors on the website or online.

Do they have special times when they offer this discount? How did you find out when the discount was offered?

There is a discount for certain lower income groups receiving assistance other than social security. That discount is for families on food stamps, Medicaid, SSI type of needs. There is also a discount for college and grad students.

@Mindy D :  I could not find any information for you with my Wal Mart Plus membership so I contacted them and was informed they periodically offer discounts for seniors but none are currently in place.

There's a discount right now. A year is $49.99.

@Mindy D.  I got it.  It was a one-time offer for a limited period, seems like just a week or two.  No mention of it since. 

Maybe they'll repeat it in the future.
