So cute. Have you ever sent them before? $5- includes a decorated cookie, cute box and the shipping.
I know that some people think that $5 is too much for one cookie, but considering they have to make it, box it and ship it, it's ok with me. It would cost me more, considering my time, to make a cookie, put frosting on it, decorate it, box it, seal it, address it, drive to the post office and then mail it.
I sent out a few early this week for Halloween to my niece and nephews and this morning ordered two more. I think it's a really clever idea. I got a text from my nephew who's in college yesterday. He was thrilled with his cookie.

Your time to make a cookie ? Sheesh. For $ 5.00, you could make a dozen. Who wants to eat one cookie ????
Putting your TIME into a gift is what makes it THE best and most THOUGHTFUL gift. Anyone can buy and ship a gift.

The text from your nephew made it worth the price. Sweet idea!

Do the math...
buying a card and putting postage on it to send would be more than $5 WITHOUT the cookie included.
Cards are $$$$$.
