"... So amid all the disdain for what is normally the pinnacle of advertising each year, the new "Embrace Life" public-service announcement that has been circulating around the Web recently is a breath of fresh air to many. 'This video has gotten a lot of mentions on blogs this week, and now I see why. All I can saw is "WOW,' PixelMaverick.com writes.
The ad, created by the Sussex Safer Roads Partnership in England, is designed to encourage viewers to wear their seat belts. But it doesn't use gasp-inducing fear tactics or cringe-worthy crash scenes.

'One of the more beautiful public service announcements I've ever seen... A truly artful expression of love," Kate Thorp writes on DivineCaroline.com.' "
