Does anyone else think that this summer has been one of the most miserable they've ever experienced? I live in the PNW and it been terrible: first we had the wettest July on record, and now in August it's been so hot I've been cooped up in my house with the (blessed) a/c running full blast.
I'm in my seventies, not real healthy, and this summer has been just awful. And the weather doesn't really become Fall until sometime in September and once in a while, October.

Been pretty usual per my opinion.

Yes...this summer had more challenges that any other, but not about the weather. @GoneButNotForgotten I'm hoping that your health and the weather get better for you.🌹

I think our Michigan summer was fairly nice this year.

Wisconsin - A few too many 90 degree days. Also more humid than I like. On the plus side, no drought and lawns are green. Many people I know aren't bothered by the humidity so they said it was one of the best summers they remember. Oh, and only one evening where tornadoes came through my part of the state. Some locations had three day power outages.

This summer has been most uncomfortable.
It has been humid and hot and little to no rain.
I do not have A/C and it has been a challenge.
I agree with everything your said, misery likes company, so here I am. (ugh)
Hoping your comfort will arrive sooner than expected. You are doing the best you can.

Summer in WV has been great as usual, but wetter than most. No complaints from me.

I totally agree. The Northeast has been hellishly hot. I've practically been a shut-in for all of July and most of August. The last time I was indoors this much I was recooperating from surgery!

@GoneButNotForgotten Good you have AC. I also live in the Seattle area and we have a heat pump so we can stay nice and cool too. I think our summers are only going to get warmer and more extreme. That is the future prediction for the PNW.
